Bandstand Entertainment was formed to bridge the gap between the startups and the video services they require to survive the digital boom and to provide all-round video solutions to the companies. It provides video services like animated videos, Live-action production videos, Corporate Story videos and also handles the digital channels for video content.
Inefficient execution of ad campaigns and bad appealing videos are the most influencing factors to push the customers away from the brands and this is something which prompted the three young minds to join together and solve this issue for the startups.
Tuhin (Co-Founder & CEO), in his second year of college, came to Mumbai looking for an internship in a production house and landed himself with a job in TVF (The Viral Fever) and eventually becoming a drop out. At the same time, Neel (Co-Founder & Director) being Tuhin’s senior was a graduate from the same college and came for a job in Mumbai and started working in TWF (The Wedding Filmer). At that time, Mrinal (Co-Founder& Creative Director) was completing his 4th year.
Eventually things started changing when Neel was fired from the TWF and Tuhin was not happy with his workspace. Bandstand, Bandra was the place which gave them relief. At that time the startup scene was in its booming phase. Most of the evenings were spent at bandstand .One fine day, the duo came up with the idea of providing all-round video service solutions to startups and Bandstand Entertainment was born. In the meanwhile, Mrinal completed his studies and joined Bandstand Entertainment as a third partner.
Bandstand Entertainment is a digital video marketing startup based in Mumbai , who specialize in creating marketing strategies and campaigns for startup that target the digital consumer. Every project at Bandstand starts with analyzing the behavior of the customers and making the right strategy. Then the in-house team originates the contents for the clients as per their marketing recommendation so they do not have to go and look for an agency first and then the production house.
“We live in a world where our attention spans are decreasing, communication is instant and consumers are poured with options than ever before. So we are trying to provide expertise for brands to keep up the pace with changing digital landscape,” says Neel.
As a year old driven & entrepreneurial team the growth has been phenomenal at Bandstand Entertainment. It has closely worked with multiple startups from their inception phase to scaling up the business. It has served about 12-13 clients this very year and some of them are the biggest startups in their category in India. Max Healthcare, Chaayos, UrbanClap, BoxMySpace, FindYahan , Travel Triangle are some names that the team boasts of.
“As an entrepreneur, you have to think a lot to make things happen. Make sure you’re thinking in the right direction, as thoughts eventually become things,” adds Tuhin.
