With changing time, people are getting health conscious and realizing the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle and FITSO, a Gurgaon based health and fitness startup is here to make their lives easy. The company has developed a fitness mobile app – to help people follow a daily fitness routine.

With an aim to build an outdoor fitness community FITSO allows users to post their activity of interest – like Running and Cycling – and explore what other people and groups are doing in their close vicinity.

The basic idea behind FITSO is to build a social network to allow people to seamlessly connect with other likeminded people and workout together.

In addition to that, FITSO also helps fitness enthusiasts find a right trainer and other service providers which is the requirement of fitness community today. Here Fitso allows its users to chat with service providers on real time basis for any query they have – in helping them with their day to day fitness routine.

Users can also read profile details such as qualifications, experience, achievements and charges of coaches, yoga trainers, physiotherapists, dietitians, fitness trainers, and masseurs and book sessions with them.

The app provides a simple to understand design, helping users to understand and access its various services easily. Other than its primary functionality of acting as a network for fitness enthusiasts and experts, there is also a ‘Leader board’ section where users can complete with each other in terms of who has been the most active user in the recent weeks. One can also keep him motivated with many educating blogs written by health experts on its platform.

The app which is already live on Android, will soon be launched on iOS. Link to Fitso. The startup was founded by three Delhi IIT alumni namely, Saurabh Aggarwal, Naman Sharma and Rahool Sureka in June 2015.
