When they communicate with you by phone message or email, you should make sure to respond promptly to show that you value the time they have taken to get in contact with you. When you arrange a meeting, you should make sure that you are punctual so they are not left waiting around for you. Openness and honesty are the keys to any good relationship, and the same certainly goes in business. Before you enter any sort of agreement, you should make sure that both of you are on the same page, setting out clear information about what you are offering them and any deadlines already agreed upon.
