Started its journey in November 2015, the company has solved the hassle of finding a right place to live of 700+ working professionals.
All Fella Homes are fully equipped with standardized furniture, appliances, and kitchenware and are rented on per bed / per room basis.
The startup takes 2, 3 & 4 BHK houses under management on revenue sharing terms with the homeowners and transforms it as per the Fella standards.
To Tenants, Fella provides a brokerage-free standardized experience of home search, physical visit, comparison, documentation, key-handover, monthly rent collection and service assistance.
To homeowners, Fella provides a Property Management Platform & associated services to eliminate the hassles of brokerage, tenant search & verification, rent collection, key management, maintenance & repairs along with a potential to earn higher rent.
Fella Homes was officially launched in November last year. Founded by a team of IIT Roorkee and Stanford graduates, Fella Homes is headquartered in Gurgaon, with a branch in Noida. It now has a team of 100+ young professionals pushing the limits each day to scale new heights.
Fella has raised $2 million in funding from a pool of investors and currently operates in Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad with 175+ homes and 700+ happy tenants.
Fella Homes has aggressive expansion plans, and as a part of that, it has recently acquired another startup in similar domain – Noida based www.lifepad.in in July first week.
By the end of 2016, apart from Delhi NCR, the startup plans to be in at-least 3 more cities.
