It has a simple scheduling process, where you can book your pickup and delivery time and address along with the pickup address you would like your clothes to be picked up from. Their laundry pilot will soon be at your place to take your dirty laundry and give you a cookie. The cookie is for you to munch on, while you sit and relax with all the free time you have just earned. And the best part? Your clothes are washed & ironed and delivered back to your doorstep in 24 hours’ time. Payment can be made by cash or through a hassle free secure online debit card or credit card payment platform.
After a few weeks into the operations the founding duo started looking for someone who could handle marketing side of the business. The duo later met Vamsi Krishna who was equally passionate about the idea and decided to join them as a cofounder. Since then they have rebranded their startup from Dusk Cleaners to JetSetClean and have successfully expanded their services in most parts of Delhi NCR.
Anupam says, “I usually had problems with my own laundry and the alternatives were quite unprofessional and not convenient. After talking to more people about it I realised I’m not the only one who finds laundry annoying. That’s when I thought that there was a need for an on-demand pick up and drop service for laundry to make the user’s life convenient. Picking up and delivering the clothes in time is our absolute priority”
Anupam, who is a Computer Science graduate from The University of York, England worked for a networking firm in South Africa before moving to India. He has also worked for another startup for some time before co-founding JetSetClean. Vamsi, has previously been a part of the digital marketing with various startups like Zomato and at his last stint was working as the Chief Marketing Officer for a London based travel e-commerce company. Also, a graduate of NIFT, worked for over 3 years in the apparel manufacturing & finishing industry before going on to do his MBA from MICA, Ahmedabad. Bikash who is the Technology cofounder developed the entire application, having previously worked with various startups based in Delhi such as Voice Tree and Eat Ads before deciding to cofound JetSetClean.

With vast experience in the online e-commerce space and apparel finishing, the founding team brought together the best industry professionals to ensure that each garment that is processed at their centralized partner facilities is taken extra care of.

The venture has aggressive growth plans to solve the pain of customers by acting as one stop solution for all their laundry & dry cleaning needs. It plans to launch operations in Mumbai & Bangalore soon.
