Seattle, USA based award-winning corporate health and Wellness Company Limeade today announced it acquired 9Slides, a four year old mobile multimedia learning solution. Limeade was a customer of 9Slides prior to the acquisition happened. The deal amount is not disclosed by either party.
9Slides was founded by Ruchit Garg who origins from Lucknow. Ruchit joined Microsoft’s Xbox team in 2008 in USA and founded a mobile VAS company called SiliconVerse before launching 9Slides.
The 9slides platform enables the users to quickly create and share interactive instructional content featuring presentation slides and video side-by-side. It also allows easily structuring content and incorporating quizzes into online training.
Limeade plans to keep the 9slides presentation and training product with new added features. The 9slides product will be sold as an add-on product of Limeade with its own branding.

9Slides had raised $1 Million led by Dave McLure’s 500 Startups and served customers like Microsoft, Comcast, LinkedIn, Volvo and Skanska.
